  • Pool A scoring teams - 8 men and 4 women.
  • Pool B scoring teams - 6 men and 3 women.
  • Overall team score is aggregate of men's and women's scores - example 4th and 1st = 5 points.
  • Incomplete teams incur penalty points - total number of men or women finishers plus 1 point for each missing runner.
  • No club colours, no points.
